Room cleaning

Short stay: We will change the linen every day.
The change of the linen includes changing bed sheets, replacing pillow case, face towel, bath towel, nightclothes and toothbrush clearing out wastebaskets and room cleaning.

Middle stay, Long stay: We will change the linen once a week.

Utility fees

Water, electricity and heat/air-conditioning are included in the guestroom rates.

Guests are required to pay all telephone charges in full at check-out time.

Cancellation

Cancelling a reservation the same day after 4:00pm will incur the daily room rate cancellation fee.
